Luxury Retail Protection Officer 

Pay rate: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour 

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Schedule:
Coverage is required 7 days a week, on rotating shifts, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional presence that is a deterrent to criminal activity. 
• Partner with store leadership to support asset protection agents. 
• Assist with investigations and apprehending shoplifters. 
• Monitor and report suspicious activity. 
• Recover client assets. 
• Courteous and responsive to internal client requests. 
• Exchanges and verifies job related information to provide support. 

Basic Qualifications: 

• As a condition of employment, all candidates must pass a drug test
• Must have at least two years of working experience in security. 
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to actively learn and immediately apply learnings into decisions and behaviors 
• Ability to manage and prioritize their time; able to multi task 
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training 
• Reliable means of transportation. 
• Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps). 
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift.
