Front Desk Attendant/Concierge

Pay rate: $18.00 per hour

Location: Willow Grove, PA

Schedule: 
8:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Be an Ambassador for Cardinal Point Security Group: Be on time. Look sharp in proper uniform. Be engaged. Be consistent. 
• Reports on time to relieve officer on prior shift
• Performs tours of the building on a scheduled basis
• Ensures that all exterior and interior doors are locked as required
• Reports on any maintenance issue for building services personnel
• Observes and reports unusual or suspicious activities
• Completes all required reports on time nightly and record them at the end of each shift
• Must be in company issued uniform at all times
• Interacts with guests, staff, and residents in a courteous manner
• Coordinates with other team members to provide a safe and secure environment
• Promptly answers telephone calls with a polite and courteous manner. 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years of post-secondary school work experience
• Must have at least two years of working experience as a Security Officer
• Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps)
• Ability to comprehend and utilize the English Language (verbal and written)
• Reliable means of transportation
• Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift
• Completes a criminal background check
• Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others
• Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, and fellow team members
