Front Desk Associate / Concierge

Pay rate: $15.00 per hour

Locations: Jenkintown, PA and Dresher, PA

Schedule: coverage is needed seven days a week on a scheduled basis. Hours vary depending on the assignment and the location. 

Jenkintown, PA

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM 
11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
 

Dresher, PA

Fridays

1. 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
2. 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Saturdays

1. 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
2. 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Be an Ambassador for Cardinal Point Security Group: Be on time. Look sharp in proper uniform. Be engaged. Be consistent. 
• Pleasantly welcomes and screens all guests
• Issues identification badges to all visitors.
• Directs or escorts guests to appropriate destination
• Accepts and retrieves packages
• Must be in company issued uniform at all times
• Must be punctual and on time for all shifts.
• Observes and reports unusual or suspicious activity
• Interacts with guests, staff and residents in a courteous manner
• Coordinates with other team members to provide a safe and secure environment
• Promptly answers telephone calls with a polite and courteous manner. 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Four years of experience working in Security or Facilities function
• Able to work well under pressure
• Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps)
• Ability to comprehend and utilize the English Language (verbal and written)
• Reliable means of transportation
• Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift
• Completes a criminal background check
• Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others
• Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, and fellow team members
